  • Intake session and follow up sessions are $150.

  • No, I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance for treatment. Payment is due at the time of service. Upon request, I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please reach out to your insurance company before booking to receive a better understanding of how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

    I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

    Does my health insurance plan include outpatient mental health benefits?

    Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

    How much does my insurance plan cover before meeting my deductible and after meeting my deductible?

    Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

    Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

  • I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. You will receive a reminder email and/or reminder text message, ensuring you have adequate time to reschedule your appointment if necessary. Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. You will be responsible for the entire fee if cancellation is less than 24 hours.

  • Online sessions are similar to in-person therapy in that they allow you to have private access to a mental health counselor where you can discuss your goals for therapy and work toward achieving them.

    For virtual counseling, all you need is a device with a reliable Internet connection for the duration of your session. I will send you a secure link before your appointment so you can easily connect with them from wherever you are.

    I recommend you choose a quiet place, private enough for you to have an open and honest conversation with your counselor without distractions and interruptions so you can be very comfortable throughout the session.

  • I have limited in person availability on Tuesday only. You can contact me to learn more about hours I am available.

    If you cannot make it into the office on Tuesday's, I provide virtual sessions on Monday, Wednesday's, and Fridays.

  • I offer a limited amount sliding scale spots and would be happy to discuss this option with you in our initial consult if need be.
